Product scope

StoicEdge helps you plan, record, and review one trading process over a 90-day cycle. It is a personal journaling and education tool. It is not a broker, exchange, portfolio-accounting system, signal service, investment adviser, or promise of trading results.

Your decisions and risk

Trading involves substantial risk. You remain responsible for every trading, risk, tax, legal, and financial decision. Journal scores, R calculations, summaries, and examples describe information you entered; they are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, size, or time any position.

Your records

• Enter only information you are permitted to store.
• Do not upload unlawful material, malware, credentials, private keys, or other people's confidential information.
• Do not include passwords, account numbers, API keys, or sensitive private trading details in feedback.
• Keep a current JSON export during beta and verify important records independently.
• You retain responsibility for the accuracy and usefulness of the journal content you enter.

Beta availability

The beta may change, experience interruptions, or remove unfinished functionality. StoicEdge should not be your only record of information you cannot afford to lose. Access may be limited when necessary to protect accounts, data, or the service from abuse.

Accounts and deletion

Keep account access secure and use your own login. Settings → Data can permanently delete StoicEdge journal records, submitted feedback, and private screenshots while leaving the Clerk identity active. Review the confirmation carefully; deleting the Clerk account also starts StoicEdge data cleanup. Deleted data cannot be restored by StoicEdge. See the privacy page for storage and backup details.

Changes and feedback

Material beta changes should be reflected on this page by updating the date above. Continuing to use a changed beta means you accept the revised operating conditions. Use Settings → Data to send private product feedback, or use the Stoic Traders contact link below for a general question.
